- How long does it take
to receive your registration code?
We will send you the registration code immediately by email once the order is processed. If you do not receive the registration key in time, please contact us or refer to the answer of next question.
- I purchased the software,
but haven't received an email with the registration code to
activate it. What should I do?
Make sure that emails from vais4you.com are not blocked by your spam filter in the email program or on the mail server. If this doesn't help, contact us and we will resend you a new registration key. We strongly recommend you to use Google Mail in this case.
- How to use a "Registration
Key"?
It is also known as a "license key", which consists of numbers and digits after your purchase. Programs usually have a window of "Registration", click "Activate" and enter the key. It will activate the software for a full use.
- What is your refund
policy?
All products are sold in a "try-before-you-buy" fashion. They have a fully functional trial period. You have plenty of time to evaluate and you shouldn't buy unless you are happy with it. After a license key is issued and your order is processed but you are not satisfied with it, our company policy permits a refund if needed. Once you get the refund, you can use our program as a free gift.
- I keep getting a Communication
Error when trying to activate my license key. Why?
That means something is blocking the activation process. Please disable your firewall and if you have any modem/router bypass them and try to connect directly to the internet (internet cable directly in the PC with YTD) for the activation to complete.
- If I buy a license now,
do I have to pay to upgrade to the next release?
Your license includes access to all new software updates for 12 months from the date of purchase, including beta releases. Upgrading during your maintenance period is as simple as downloading the new version and using your existing key for activation. After 12 months, software upgrades can be purchased at a discount or, you can purchase additional years of upgrades at the time of your initial purchase.
- Are there any annual
fees or other hidden charges?
There are no annual fees and no hidden charges. You only pay what you see on the order page.
- Do I need to download
and install the software again after I get my license keys?
No, as long as the trial copy is current, you can use the key information we send after you purchase a license to activate the trial copy and continue using it.
- I purchased a license
for one of my computers. Do I need to buy another license to
use on another computer?
The license agreement permits you to install and use our software on three computers in a household.
